CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR RETURN MY PAINTING? 
 

Unfortunately I cannot do refunds or except any returns unless damaged during shipment. Please inspect the package for any damage before opening.

I do want you to love your artwork forever, so if you have a change of heart and have had the artwork for less than 2 weeks, we can make a direct exchange for another available work of equal value.


CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact me immediately about lost or damaged items

Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Call me or email  lornamarions@gmail.com to let me know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures.
