SHIPPING POLICIES

I offer free standard ground shipping on all paintings!

​

Paintings exceeding 30" on either side will be shipped in a tube, unless otherwise requested in which case the customer will be responsible for the additional surcharge.

I take all reasonable steps to ensure that your artwork arrives to you in a safe and timely fashion.

Please note:

​

1. Express delivery can be arranged at additional cost. Please contact me for an estimate.

2. You will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number of your parcel once the order has been shipped. 

3. Shipments cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

4. Please check the order confirmation email when you receive it that the shipping address is correct. If you supply an incorrect address, and the item is returned, then the buyer, will be responsible for paying for re-delivery of the item.

5. I usually check the box ‘Signature on Delivery Required’ when this is an option with the carrier.

 

USPS will be used as standard shipping service within the USA unless otherwise requested at additional cost.
 

International orders are shipped through USPS, (UPS) United Parcel Service, DHL or (FedEx) Federal Express.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Be prepared for extra fees and delays. International shipping averages about 3-5 weeks, Your package may also be held and checked at customs that can take even longer.

Please note that international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
